Key points

  • Choose a country and a plan on the country page.
  • USDT is popular because its value is steady.
  • Topping up a wallet balance lets you pay for numbers and renewals without repeating the crypto steps every time.
  • Crypto is the most private checkout option available: no card number is typed into the site.

How checkout works

Choose a country and a plan on the country page. Select a payment gateway, either Cryptomus or NOWPayments, and you are taken to a hosted payment page that shows the amount and a wallet address. Send the exact amount from your own wallet or an exchange, and the order confirms automatically once the network does.

When the payment is confirmed, the number is activated and appears in your dashboard. If you have topped up a wallet balance instead, you can pay for numbers and renewals from that balance in one click.

Choosing the coin and network

USDT is popular because its value is steady. It exists on several networks, including TRC-20, ERC-20 and BEP-20, and each has different fees and speeds. Send on the network the payment page requests. A transfer sent on the wrong network can be lost, because blockchain transfers cannot be recalled by us or by the gateway.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and other supported coins work the same way. Check the amount shown, including the network fee your wallet adds, before you send.

Wallet balance and auto-renew

Topping up a wallet balance lets you pay for numbers and renewals without repeating the crypto steps every time. With auto-renew on and enough balance, your number renews on time so it never lapses. Refunds, where they apply, are credited to your wallet balance.

Privacy and what is coming

Crypto is the most private checkout option available: no card number is typed into the site. We do not share your data with third parties or the mobile network operator. Card and PayPal payments are planned for a later release, and this page will be updated when they launch.

Common questions

Do I need an exchange account?

No. You can pay from any wallet you control.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Contact support with the payment reference. Underpayments and overpayments are handled case by case.

Can I pay by card or PayPal?

Not yet. They are planned for later.

Is there a fee?

We charge the plan price. Your network and exchange fees are separate.

Are VNumbr numbers real mobile numbers?

Yes. They are allocated on real mobile carrier networks rather than internet-based VoIP pools. Each app decides for itself which numbers it accepts, so no provider can guarantee a specific result.

How do I pay, and do I need ID?

Pay with cryptocurrency through Cryptomus or NOWPayments, or from a wallet balance. Signup needs only an email address and no identity documents.

What is the difference between a permanent number and an OTP number?

A permanent number is billed monthly or yearly and stays assigned to you for as long as you renew it. An OTP number is billed per activation and receives a single code before it is released.

Only need one code, not a number to keep?

This guide is about VNumbr's permanent numbers. For a single sign-up instead, VNumbr also sells OTP numbers billed per activation.
